Our process
Have confidence that your brand is in safe hands. We’re experienced, practical, and we know what works. We love showing great businesses how to achieve results through design.
It’s our job to support your business, so we start by learning as much as humanly possible. Tell us about your goals, your challenges, and your competitors - and we’ll figure out how we can help you take your business to the next level. If you aren’t exactly sure what you’re looking for, don’t worry: we’ll guide you through the process and provide expert recommendations.
Once we’ve established your goals, our team will get to work researching competitors, understanding your market and creating the strategic foundations of your project. Next, we’ll begin clarifying your concepts (and just between us, this is our favourite part).
We present our initial concepts early in the project to make sure we’re headed in the right direction, saving you time and money.
As we refine your design and work towards project completion, we’ll look for areas to add extra value and make the process as streamlined as possible.
You’ll be kept in the loop during the process, so you can provide plenty of feedback and make key decisions.
This is the best part - where your story comes to life! We’ll present your final designs, answer any questions, and give you all the tips, tools and support to successfully launch your new brand or website and maximise your outcome.
Then it’s time to revisit your original goals, take a step back, and watch those results roll in.
Our relationship doesn’t have to end when your project does - we’ll get to know each other well while we’re working together, and we always like hearing how things are going.
By now, we’ll know your business inside and out, so it’s easy to apply that foundational knowledge to any future projects. Our team will be available to help with any maintenance, support or additional projects.

Emily is an experienced designer with a passion for mentoring clients to help them unleash the potential in their business. Emily’s background as a freelancer, in-house designer and an educator mean she understands business - and design - from all angles.
Emily is brimming with artistic talent and is a keen illustrator and photographer. She especially loves experimental design and the playful, illustrative side of branding.
